Alana De La Garza, an amazing actress, has left a mark in the film industry. In the year 1976, De La Garza was born to a Mexican American father and an Irish-American mother in Columbus Ohio. Soon enough she was relocating to Texas in search of an athletic therapy profession within the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't stay for long in Texas before relocating to Orlando, Florida. In Orlando, she played a range of roles including local independent films and international commercials. Her passion for acting quickly grew to perform even in tiny role. Then she moved from the Midwest to New York. Her first role was on the soap opera All My Children. Through the first half of 2000 she was a small part on JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. Her first big series role was in the 2004 short-lived series The Mountain. De La Garza had the privilege of working alongside some outstanding TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggeggi. In 2006, she was cast as A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. The actress appeared on the show 85 times. Then, she appeared in The Law & Order: LA short-lived sequel. De La Garza was nominated for several Awards, including the Best Supporting Actress for TV from the Imagen Foundation Awards as well as numerous ALMA Award nominations. The year 2008 was the time she won an Impact Award from the National Hispanic Media Coalition for Outstanding Performances for a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza was then chosen as a recurring character on CSI Miami. The role was Marisol Delko, the wife of David Caruso's Horatio. In the NBC's dramatic, dark show Do No Harm she played the role of the character Dr. Lena Solis. After just two episodes it was cancelled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Milano is Italian with a 10 year old younger brother named Cory. She was raised in an extremely religious and conservative family. Milano was first introduced to acting when she was seven years old. The babysitter took her for the first audition. Four of the four girls chosen from over 1,000 applicants included Milano. Milano is featured in TV commercials, off Broadway productions and Jane Eyre, the American premiere of Jane Eyre.
